I am a 20-something line cook/culinary apprentice with about 3 years of kitchen work experience under my belt. In 2023, I figured out that I want (need?) to make a career out of cooking – that this is my professional and general passion in life. I am a voracious reader and student of life, and I thoroughly enjoy what I do. Outside of the kitchen, I have many creative hobbies that centre around fibre-related arts, sewing, as well as writing and illustration.
